Evan Keller has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Evan is currently the Head of Engineering at The Ashley Group, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, Evan worked at BAREFOOT where they held various roles, including Vice President of Solution Architecture, Director of Solution Architecture, Director of Application Development, Associate Director of Application Development, and Senior Application Developer. Evan joined BAREFOOT in April 2012 and left in July 2019.
Before joining BAREFOOT, Evan worked at Luckie & Company for a significant period. Evan initially joined as the Director of Information Technology in January 1998 and later transitioned to the role of Director of Software Engineering in January 2007. During their time at Luckie & Company, Evan was responsible for overseeing the Network Administrators in the IT department and leading web development in the Interactive department.
Prior to Luckie & Company, Evan was the Manager of Information Systems at Schablow/Beaumont Marketing Communications from June 1995 to January 1998.
Evan Keller earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they studied Architecture and Management of Information Systems at Auburn University, although no degree was specified. In addition to their formal education, Evan obtained several certifications. Evan became a Sitecore XP 8 Website Development for .NET Developers certified professional in November 2016, and prior to that, they received certifications as a ColdFusion MX Developer in November 2004, a ColdFusion 5.0 Developer in July 2001, and a ColdFusion Developer in September 2000. Furthermore, Evan holds licenses as a private pilot for single-engine land aircraft, which they obtained in March 1994, and as an amateur radio operator at the technician class level, granted in November 2014.
