Mark Koenig

Mark Koenig is currently the Vice President, Programs and Country Representative at The Asia Foundation, where Mark leads a team to develop and deliver projects in Mongolia focused on governance, justice sector development, women's economic empowerment, combatting GBV, urban governance, and promoting children's literacy. Mark has held various roles at The Asia Foundation, DCAF, and as an Independent Consultant. Mark holds a Master of Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
