Tamara Failor has extensive experience in program management, monitoring, evaluation, and development in the realms of governance and law. With a background in city and regional planning and English literature, Tamara has worked for organizations such as The Asia Foundation, TechnoServe, and RTI International, where Tamara has demonstrated a strong commitment to social development and community engagement. From their time as an English Teaching Assistant in South Korea to their role as the Deputy Country Representative for The Asia Foundation in Laos, Tamara has consistently shown leadership and expertise in supporting programs that advance economic development, women's empowerment, civic engagement, and public sector services.
