Deb Travers-Wolf

Deb Travers-Wolf is a seasoned Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Consultant at I LEAD Consulting, specializing in inclusive leadership and psychological safety. With extensive experience in academia as an Academic Tutor at UNSW, Deb has contributed to shaping responsible business practices focused on ethics and emotional intelligence. As Convenor of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the Australian HR Institute, Deb has led initiatives that enhance the knowledge and practices of HR professionals regarding diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Deb serves on the National Committee of the Australian Space Diversity Alliance and has worked with organizations such as the Australian Institute of Management and Diversity Council Australia to facilitate training programs in leadership and diversity. Deb’s prior roles include significant leadership positions at SAP and Deloitte Australia, as well as obtaining multiple certifications in coaching and governance.
