Jay Namputhiripad

Jay Namputhiripad serves as Managing Director, Head of Financial Crimes Risk Management and is responsible for ensuring effective planning, operations and implementation of the Bank’s Financial Crimes Risk Management Program. He brings a successful track record of BSA/AML, Sanctions, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management experience spanning more than 20 years. Most recently, he held the role of Head of Global Financial Crimes Target Operating Model Execution at Morgan Stanley. Prior positions include various risk, compliance, program management and operations leadership roles at Federal Home Loan Banks Office of Finance and Constellation Energy.
