Kimberly Juhnke

Kimberly Juhnke is an accomplished leader in risk operations with extensive experience at The Bancorp since August 1998, where Kimberly has served in various capacities including Director of Risk Operations, leading compliance oversight for monitoring and remediation programs, and Director of Enterprise Remediation and Third Party Training, focusing on regulatory compliance and training for third parties. Kimberly has also held roles such as Vice President of Level 1 Compliance Testing and Monitoring, and Manager of Compliance, where responsibilities included developing compliance policies and guiding partners on regulatory matters. Previous experience includes a role as a Security Investigator at Citi and a Sales Associate at Marquette Bank of South Dakota. Kimberly holds an Associate’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management from Southeast Tech and a High School Diploma from Washington Senior High School.
