Austin Reichold

Austin Reichold is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro since August 2023. Previously, Austin held the position of Sous Chef at The Bartolotta Restaurants, contributing to the fine dining experience with a pre-fixe four-course menu at Lake Park Bistro. Additional experience includes serving as Chef De Cuisine at FoxTown Brewery and as Sous Chef at The Bartolotta Restaurants from April 2018 to April 2021. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, obtained in April 2016.
