Felipe Botero Sanchez

Felipe Botero Sanchez is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine at Le Jardinier within The Bastion Collection since November 2020. Prior roles include Sous Chef at Le Jardinier locations in Houston and Miami, and at Le Jardinier New York. Additional experience encompasses positions as Sous Chef and Line Cook at Union Square Hospitality Group and Morton's The Steakhouse, as well as an internship at Feast. Felipe Botero Sanchez has also worked as a Culinary Instructor at Université Publique du Nord au Cap-Haïtien.
