Subhan Malik

Subhan Malik is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at The Beaumont Hotel since May 2018, Subhan has previously held positions as Senior Chef Partie at both Kai Catering LTD from February 2016 to July 2018, and Eccleston Square Hotel from March 2015 to April 2017. Early career development included a role as Chef De Partie at Eccleston Square Hotel and a Commis Chef position at Fuller, Smith & Turner from February 2013 to July 2014. Subhan holds a C&G Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery, Catering & Hospitality from Brooklands College, completed in 2016.
