Erwin then joined Koninklijke Ahold NV, where they served as a Project Manager for logistics & IT and Category Manager for fresh products from September 1991 to June 1999. In this role, they successfully implemented an integrated Sales & Operations Planning system and managed logistics and transportation networks for fresh products.
