Erwin Salemink

Erwin Salemink has a diverse work experience spanning over decades. Erwin is currently working as the Director of Global Sales & Operations Planning at The Berner Group since September 2020. Erwin'sresponsibilities include developing and implementing a Global Sales & Operations Planning process and organization, as well as overseeing supply chain operations improvement projects.

Before joining The Berner Group, Erwin worked at NV Economische Impuls Zeeland as a Project Manager for Logistics, Maintenance & Energy transition from May 2015 to April 2020.

Erwin also served as the Commercial/Key Accounts Director at RUBIX-GroupNL, responsible for managing the sales network in the Netherlands and leading the International Key Accounts team from April 2013 to April 2015.

Erwin has experience as an Interim Manager, providing strategy and business process improvement advisory services, as well as conducting candidate screenings with a private equity fund. Erwin worked independently in this role from July 2012 to March 2013.

Erwin held the position of Finance & Operations Director at Standard Glas from July 2011 to June 2012, overseeing daily operations and leading business process redesign efforts.

Prior to that, Erwin was the International Key Accounts Manager at ERIKS nv from October 2009 to June 2011, where they managed major international contracts and developed business and sales strategies. Erwin also worked as the International Product Manager for Supply Chain Solutions & e-Business at ERIKS nv from March 2002 to October 2009, driving business development initiatives and acquiring new customers and contracts.

Erwin started their career as a Supply Chain Management Consultant at IG&H Management Consultants from September 1999 to February 2002. Erwin then joined Koninklijke Ahold NV, where they served as a Project Manager for logistics & IT and Category Manager for fresh products from September 1991 to June 1999. In this role, they successfully implemented an integrated Sales & Operations Planning system and managed logistics and transportation networks for fresh products.

Erwin Salemink completed their preliminary academic degree, Atheneum-A, at CSA between 1979 and 1986. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 1986 to 1991.
