Nick Allen

Nick Allen has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Nick is currently the Human Resources Director at The Better Being Co. since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nutraceutical Corporation as a Human Resources Manager from May 2019 to January 2022 and as an HR Generalist from September 2016 to May 2019. Before joining Nutraceutical Corporation, Nick was a Human Resources Representative at Enve Composites from January 2015 to September 2016. Nick started their career at America First Credit Union as a Lead Teller from January 2012 to January 2015, where they successfully led a team and achieved impressive sales and performance results.

Nick Allen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business from Weber State University in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the same university in 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Nick obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from SHRM in December 2021, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2019. Nick also completed the OSHA 10-Hour Course from OSHA 10 Hour Training in 2015.
