Jill Albers

Jill Albers is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in broadcasting and instruction. Since September 2014, Jill has served as an Anchor and Reporter at The Big 550 KTRS. Concurrently, Jill has been an Instructor at John Robert Powers since July 2001, teaching acting, voice and diction, runway, and photo movement classes. Past roles include Anchor/Writer at Custom News, Airborne Traffic Reporter at Clear Channel Communications, and News Bureau Chief/Anchor at Metro Networks, where Jill managed newsroom operations and covered traffic and news reports for various stations. Earlier in Jill's career, the position of Morning Show Host and Production Director was held at WFUN Radio. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Theater/Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and additional education from Lindenwood University.
