Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Big Group since March 2021, Neil previously held prominent positions including Head of Food and Beverage at The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria and Executive Chef/Director of Food and Operations at King & Godfree. For two decades prior, Neil was the Group Executive Chef at Peter Rowland Catering. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from William Angliss Institute and attendance at Geoghegan College and Therry College.
