Stuart Wetstein

Stuart Wetstein is an Executive Search Consultant at The Big Search. Stuart has over 10 years of experience in recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and search consulting.

Stuart started their career as a recruiter at Hub Recruiting, a TA firm for the modern world. Stuart then moved on to The Big Search, where they were the US Director. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategy and leading the execution for the US expansion of The Big Search. Stuart also launched and executed a hiring project for Reef Technologies, and managed two teams of recruiters, sourcers and operations located in Macedonia.

After The Big Search, Stuart joined Toast, Inc. as the Director of Talent Acquisition for their GTM Sales team. In this role, they led a TA team of 20 during Toast’s triple digit growth phase in Boston and Omaha, executing on hiring 300+ business development representatives, inside sales, field account executives and sales leadership positions. Stuart also provided consistent mentorship to managers and recruiters on best practices for sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing hires.

Most recently, Stuart has been working as an Executive Search Consultant at The Big Search. In this role, they have been responsible for developing and leading executive search campaigns for data science, business development, enterprise sales and field delivery operations departments. Stuart has also created the strategy and execution blueprint for an industry leading Saas company to create an inside sales organization and hire 300+ account executives
