Mita Vadgama

Mita Vadgama is the Head of Finance at The Body Shop, where Mita holds the title of Global Head Franchise. Prior to this role, Mita held various finance positions at Costa Coffee, including Senior Global FP&A Manager and Senior Finance Manager for the Middle East, India & S.E. Asia. Their experience also includes finance roles at Dixons Retail, Comet, Punch (Taverns), and Next PLC (NXG).
