Claudia Vlakancic

Claudia Vlakancic is an accomplished Children's Book Illustrator currently working at The Bright Agency since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Customizing Artist at Devitdian Arts, where Claudia personalized high-end products for retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom’s from November 2019 to February 2023. Claudia has also contributed as a Visual Development Artist at Barnstormer Media, creating character designs and illustrated assets for a television pitch and a kids YouTube series. Additional experience includes background design for a contracted project with Fern. and leadership as the President of the SCAD Animation Organization, managing events and scheduling industry speakers. Claudia participated as a mentee in Women in Animation and served as a Student Ambassador at Savannah College of Art and Design. Early career roles included being a Cast Member at Walt Disney World and a Sales Associate at Macy's. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Savannah College of Art and Design, earned in 2021.
