Yustina Saleh, Ph.D., is a highly experienced leader in workforce development and analytics, currently serving as Managing Director of Innovation Solutions at The Burning Glass Institute since March 2023. As a Founding Member and Advisor at Equity Cities, Yustina Saleh contributes to inclusive workforce initiatives, leveraging data to empower individuals. Previous roles include VP of Research and Value at Visier Inc., Chief Product & Analytics Officer at ProFinda, and Executive Vice President at Emsi, where Yustina Saleh focused on human capital and analytics. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Political Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo.
