Paul Hovsepian

Paul Hovsepian is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in contracts and procurement across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Contracts and Procurement at The Cadmus Group since 2023, Paul previously held the position of Vice President of Contracts and Subcontracts at Cubic Corporation, where a global team supported significant business growth. Paul also led the Contracts team at Parsons Corporation, overseeing a diverse range of engineering services for both government and commercial clients. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Performance Indicator, LLC, and various Vice President positions at Raytheon Technologies, managing contracts for significant defense systems and integrated solutions. Paul Hovsepian holds a degree in Business Management and Accounting from Bentley University and further education from the University of Chicago.
