Faye Hixenbaugh

Faye Hixenbaugh is an experienced grants analyst currently employed at The California Endowment since November 2022. Prior to this role, Faye served as a grants and programs coordinator at CareQuest Institute for Oral Health from April 2020 to November 2022, and worked at Equal Justice Works as a program coordinator and program assistant for public programs from October 2018 to April 2020. Faye's earlier experiences include roles as an English language assistant with the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA, a recruitment coordinator at FHI 360, and an HR intern at Counterpart International. Faye began a career in coaching and instruction as a swim instructor and head swim coach for the City of Rockville while also tutoring students in French and political science at the UMBC Learning Resources Center. Faye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and French Language and Linguistics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, awarded in 2016.
