Dorothy Lepori is a seasoned restaurant professional with extensive experience in management. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at The Capital Grille since December 2006, Dorothy previously held the position of General Manager at Skipjack's - Best Fresh Seafood from September 1995 to July 2005. Dorothy obtained a degree in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management from Johnson & Wales University between 1989 and 1993.
