John Mahoney is an experienced restaurant manager with a background in high-volume dining environments, particularly at The Capital Grille since November 2018. With expertise in upselling to maximize sales and extensive knowledge of food, beverages, and wine, John has also held roles in customer service and ticket sales with Drum Corps International, including as a Box Office Manager and Ticket Agent. Prior experience includes bartending at RAM Restaurant Group and providing customer service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Conventions and Event Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned between 2016 and 2019.
