Jake Averch

Jake Averch, MPS-IO, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Senior at CrossCountry Consulting since June 2022. Previously, Jake held various roles at Elevate from June 2020 to June 2022, starting as a Recruiting Specialist and advancing to Senior Recruiting Specialist, with earlier experience as an HR/Learning and Development Intern. Jake also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland during 2019 and completed HR/L&D internship at Elevate in the summer of 2019. Earlier experiences include an internship at Scheer Partners and a research position at the UPMC University of Pittsburgh Sleep and Chronobiology Research Center. Jake earned a Master's of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland in December 2021, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution. Jake obtained a high school diploma from Winchester Thurston School in 2016.
