Dylan Matthews

Dylan Matthews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurial development. As the Director of The Alacrity Foundation since January 2015, Dylan has been instrumental in fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs in South Wales by collaborating with university graduates to establish IT companies. In addition to this role, Dylan serves as Vice President at Celtic Manor Resort, engaging with staff and customers while contributing to the development of the Resort's strategy since March 2003. Previously, as a Board Member of Newport Gwent Dragons from February 2011 to March 2017, Dylan aimed to drive a new company culture. Dylan's educational background includes studies at Swansea University and Earl of March.
