Diana M. Rodriguez V.

Diana M. Rodriguez V. is a seasoned professional in waste management and environmental policy, currently serving as a Senior Waste Policy Associate and Senior Waste Consultant at the Center for Clean Air Policy since November 2022. Previously, Diana managed the adaptation of the "Making Waste Work" toolkit for WasteAid, and provided solid waste management recommendations to the Government of Kenya as a consultant in late 2018. During a four-year tenure at the Inter-American Development Bank, Diana coordinated various components of waste management projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. As a Mitigation Advisor at the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development in Colombia, efforts included updating national solid waste management policies to enhance recycling and reuse practices. Diana began their career as a research assistant focusing on e-waste management while completing studies in Environmental Engineering at Universidad de los Andes and earning a Master’s in Environmental Sciences from ETH Zürich.
