Caroline Lemmens

Caroline Lemmens is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Youth Program Manager at The Center for Wooden Boats since August 2024. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at Boyer Children's Clinic as an M.A. ECSE-TSVI from September 2021 to August 2024 and as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairment for King County, WA from 2018 to August 2024. Additional experience includes positions as an Early Childhood Special Educator at Kindering (February 2017 - August 2021), an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher at Eastgate Elementary School in the Bellevue School District (August 2016 - February 2017), and an Early Childhood Educator, Teaching Assistant, and Volunteer at the Anchor Center for Blind Children (August 2009 - June 2016). Caroline holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Colorado Denver (2014 - 2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven (2006 - 2009). Caroline also completed studies in Sciences and Mathematics at O.L.V- Lyceum Genk (1998 - 2004).
