Joanna Miller

Joanna Miller is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in strategic HR management across multiple organizations. As Human Resources Director at The Center Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care since July 2022, Joanna crafted a comprehensive people strategy that significantly improved employee engagement scores by 35% over two years and successfully led three acquisitions in a short timeframe using the ADKAR change management method. Prior roles include directing HR at Webfoot Painting Co, where Joanna streamlined HR systems, and at Sunshine Retirement Living, where Joanna oversaw HR functions for 41 communities and enhanced management training.
