Chantal Garcia-Singh is an Economist with experience in financial surveillance, policy development, portfolio management, investment research, and treasury management. Chantal has worked for various organizations including the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, Deposit Insurance Trinidad & Tobago, Caribbean Airlines Ltd., and TECU Credit Union. Chantal holds an MSc in International Finance from Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
