Kevin Finch, PhD is an experienced economist who currently serves as the Manager of Research at Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago. Previously, Kevin held positions such as Director at Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation and Senior Advisor at the International Monetary Fund. Kevin holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Governance from the University of the West Indies and has a strong background in financial management and strategic planning.
