Kevin Murphy

As Vice President of Finance for The Champion Companies, Kevin Murphy provides important financial services to the company’s Operations, Construction, and Investment Management departments.

Kevin conducts financial tracking and disbursement for Champion Construction Management and is also the resource for property financial reporting questions for the Investment and Operations team. He is responsible for paying and tracking all mortgages and escrows as well as providing expertise in tax and control functions, and recording transactions to follow IRS regulations.

Kevin graduated from Otterbein University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and then received his Master’s in Accounting from Franklin University.
