Bart Ten Velde

Bart Ten Velde is an experienced operations manager currently leading the PTFE unit at The Chemours Company since May 2021, where responsibilities include providing overall leadership and driving improvement programs. Prior to this, Bart served as a production supervisor at Cargill from July 2016 to May 2021, overseeing the tropical oil refinery operations and managing production shifts. Bart's earlier roles included production manager at Axel Christiernsson bv, where the focus was on the grease manufacturing process, and various positions in research and development, including laboratory manager and chemical analyst. Bart holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Operations from NCOI Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
