Hans de Bie

Hans De Bie is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources across multiple countries in the EMEA region. Since January 2015, Hans has held various roles at The Chemours Company, including EMEA Regional HR Manager, Country HR Manager for Belgium and Germany, and Global HR Business Partner for Procurement. Responsibilities included HR management for several EMEA nations and serving as a key HRBP for the EMEA Sales & Marketing teams. Prior to Chemours, Hans held multiple positions at DuPont from May 2002 to December 2014, including Senior HR Consultant and HR Consultant for Non-Operations in Belgium. Hans holds a postgraduate degree in Organisational Psychology from EHSAL.
