Beth Hodgin

Beth Hodgin is currently an Operations Assistant for the Logistics department of the Chicago Bears. Prior to their current position, Beth worked as an Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman and Co-Head of Global Industrial Practice at CTPartners from November 2014 to June 2015. In this position, Beth managed calendars and meetings, coordinated travel logistics, prepared and submitted consultant and candidate expense reports, and maintained the database for group searches. Beth also conducted administrative client management including billing/invoicing and assisted the Vice Chairman and their teams with the candidate search process.

From January 2007 to July 2014, Beth was a Senior Administrative Assistant for Research Operations at Cambridge Associates. In this role, Beth performed operations and administrative functions, and managed key projects for the $3M global market research organization that included a client directory, capital markets financial research and data mining, research and editorial services, and market research services. Beth also managed calendars, coordinated travel logistics, scheduled meetings, reviewed and approved accounts payable and invoices, and maintained a budget.

In 2014, Beth received an Innovation Award as a member of the creative team that designed a new investment research app. As product manager for mobile development, Beth brainstormed creative ideation, participated in testing, and managed content development by collating and translating audio files into published copy to capture market research and investor commentary.
