Manager, Employee Experience at Chicago Bears

Kristin Rogers is the Manager of Employee Experience for the Chicago Bears. Prior to their current role, Kristin served as the Manager of Marketing for the Bears from August 2016 to June 2017. In this role, Kristin helped with the creation, implementation, and execution of the annual marketing and advertising plan for the Bears. Kristin also spearhead the strategic development and execution of fan programs including but not limited to: Chicago Bears Kids Club, Crib Club, ¡Vamos Bears!, fan events, Bears vehicle, Extra Points program, fan loyalty programs, Season Ticket Holder advisory group, global fan development, female fan engagement, etc.

From January 2014 to August 2016, Kristin served as Fan Marketing & Research Coordinator for the Bears. In this role, Kristin was responsible for building promotional plans for Bears events and initiatives and managing the execution channel of each plan to ensure the most effective communication, placement and promotion. Kristin also oversaw the Bears sweepstakes calendar and worked closely with internal departments to formulate engaging fan promotions that grew the Bears fan database. Additionally, Kristin assisted with database marketing strategy with database marketing tool and growing the Bears database of fans.

Kristin has a deep understanding of the Bears internal and external marketing assets and how they are used to promote various events, initiatives and sponsorship platforms. Kristin also has a keen eye for detail when it comes to securing paid and trade inventory with Bears media partners. Kristin is also very proactive in ensuring that the Bears are engaging with fans via the most effective and trending marketing mediums (Digital, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram mobile/tablet applications, etc.). Furthermore, they utilize primary and secondary research to extract important consumer insights to elevate current and future fan platforms through actionable items.

Kristin Rogers has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago with a focus in marketing and sport management. Kristin also has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the same school with the same focus. Kristin Rogers also has certification from LinkedIn in HR Communication in Today's Fluid Workplace, Creating a Culture of Learning, Diversity Recruiter, Diversity Recruiting, and Human Resources Foundations.

Kristin Rogers reports to Liz Geist, VP, HR. They are on a team with Sue Dinardi - HR Coordinator, Ana Rodriguez - Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
