Scouting Assistant at Chicago Bears

Ryan Brosnan has a diverse background in football operations, currently serving as a Scouting Assistant for the Chicago Bears since June 2024, following an internship role with the team. Prior experience includes working with the University of Oregon Athletic Department, where Ryan held positions such as Assistant Director of Player Personnel focused on defense and player recruitment, as well as serving as a special assistant to Head Football Coach Mario Cristobal and supporting the transition to Head Coach Dan Lanning. A short internship with the San Francisco 49ers during their training camp in August 2023 provided additional scouting experience. Ryan earned a degree in General Social Sciences with a focus on Applied Economics, Business and Society from the University of Oregon, after completing studies at Santa Barbara City College and Trabuco Hills High School.
