Jim Shaw

Jim Shaw is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in innovation and information technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Technology for The City of Lake Forest since February 2020, Jim previously held the position of Director of Information Technology for the Village of Skokie, Illinois, from May 2015 to February 2020. Jim's career also includes significant roles at Nokia as Director of IT Services from February 2002 to September 2013 and Sr. Vice President of Information Services at Scudder-Kemper Investments from 1993 to 2001. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from William Jewell College.
