Sigrún Sverrisdóttir

Sigrún Sverrisdóttir has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sigrún began their career at Vættaskóli, where they served as the Head Teacher from January 2007 to June 2013. Sigrún then moved on to Miracle Iceland, where they worked as a dba in the support department from April 2016 to the present. From 2020 to September 2022, Sigrún served as the Service Manager of HRM and culture at Orkuveita Reykjavíkur. Currently, they hold two positions at The City of Reykjavik, starting in September 2022 as the Product Manager of Microsoft 365, and eventually becoming the Head of SaaS Product Management from January 2024 to the present.

Sigrún Sverrisdóttir completed their education with a Bachelor of Education - BEd degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Háskólinn á Akureyri in 2006. Sigrún also earned a BSc degree in Computer Science from Reykjavik University in 2016. Additionally, Sigrún holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager.
