Joseph Adams is an experienced professional with a robust background in client services and electronic banking. Since April 2002, Joseph has held multiple roles at The Clearing House, including Director of Client Services, EPN Product Manager, and Payments Specialist, overseeing network processing, bank settlements, and customer support for ACH electronic check products and CHIPS transfers. Prior to this, Joseph spent six years at Hudson Valley Bank, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Electronic Banking Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, supervising staff, and acting as a liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2018.
