The role

As part of the ongoing growth of our business, we are looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Group FP&A Manager to play a key role in driving continued business growth.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Group FP&A Manager will be responsible for group level financial planning and analysis as well as forecasting and providing insight to the leadership team on profit, and liquidity to help drive decision-making.

We are scaling and highly profitable. The newly formed Group Leadership Team (including active founding team) are targeting strong growth following PE investment whilst retaining the positive culture that has been the foundation of our success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial reports including reports on KPIs and interpretations to the Leadership Team
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the CFO on strategic initiatives
  • Support investor relation activity
  • Create and develop financial forecasts and scenarios to support long-term planning and strategic decision-making
  • Leverage technology to enhance financial reporting and analysis processes
  • Input into performance reports including review of actuals, key driver analysis, budget variance analysis, highlighting potential risks and opportunities

Security

  • Comply with all aspects of our security policies, taking personal responsibility for the security of your own, the company’s and our clients data

Skills required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • High proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Someone with attention to detail with a high level of accuracy – someone who is curious to dig deeper and produce strong analysis
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, both written and oral, to leadership
  • A team-player, who can take responsibility and work with a high level of autonomy combining both “thinking” and “doing”
  • Previous SAAS technology experience highly desirable
