Alexandre Pimenta

Alexandre Pimenta's work experience begins in 1997 at DuPont Crop Protection, where they held various roles including Finance Supervisor, Business Analyst, and Accounting. Alexandre later became the Latin America Regional Finance Manager and then the Latin America Top Line Growth Manager. From 2007 to 2008, they served as the Latin America Marketing Manager.

Starting in 2008 until 2010, Pimenta worked as a Project Manager and was recognized as one of the top employees. Following that, they became the Southeast Regional Sales Manager at DuPont, responsible for leading a sales team and managing resources in the region.

From 2012 to 2013, Pimenta served as the Pricing & Demand Planning Manager at DuPont Crop Protection, where they were responsible for running and maintaining the Demand Planning process for the Crop Protection Business.

In 2013, Alexandre Pimenta joined Bayer as the Pricing Manager for the LatAm CropScience Division, before transitioning to various other roles including Marketing and Sales Excellence Manager, Head of Business Model Transformation & Activation, and eventually the Head of Go-to-Market.

Most recently, starting in October 2022, Pimenta has taken on the role of Head of Climate FieldView™ Latin America at Bayer Crop Science. Additionally, they have been an investor in Compre Óculos since 2015.

Alexandre Pimenta completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 2009. Alexandre pursued a Transformation Leaders Program at the University of St.Gallen in 2014. Prior to that, they attained a Post Degree (CEAG) in Business Administration and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2002 and 2004. Alexandre also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Accounting from Universidade Paulista, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999.
