James Shaver

James Shaver has extensive experience in software testing and engineering, currently serving as Manager Test Engineering at The Climate Corporation since March 2016. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Monsanto, including Test Lead for USIT and TPS, and also served on the Customer Advisory Board at Worksoft from 2010 to 2015. Other notable roles include Supervisor System Testing at GMAC Insurance and Senior Software Test Engineer (Contractor) at both Monsanto and Express Scripts. James's early career featured positions such as Software Tester at MasterCard and IT QA Assurance/Risk Management at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. James began a career in IT as IT QA Manager (Contractor) for the United States Postal Service and served as IS Operations Manager at Dimac Direct. James studied at the University of South Alabama from 1988 to 1990.
