Joe Argese

Joe Argese, CPP, is a seasoned packaging development professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal Scientist for Packaging Development at The Clorox Company since October 2021, Joe focuses on sustainable packaging initiatives for the Glad brand and Clorox portfolio. Prior roles include Senior Scientist and Packaging & Process Engineer at Burt's Bees, where responsibilities involved scaling up lip and cosmetic products, as well as various positions in packaging engineering and project management at Eisai and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Joe began the career with a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, Joe has experience coaching lacrosse at Cary Academy.
