Joy Gakungi

Joy Gakungi is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance Transformation & Capabilities at The Coca-Cola Company since April 2011. Joy has held multiple senior roles within the company, including Senior Finance Transformation Manager and Head of Internal Audit for the Africa Operating Unit, where contributions involved leading the transition to Platform Services and executing change initiatives. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Joy worked as a Senior Associate in Audit at Deloitte & Touche, successfully auditing major financial statement balances for a diverse range of companies. Joy holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Strategy from Strathmore Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Kenyatta University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Strathmore University.
