Thando Mahlo

Thando Mahlo is an experienced organizational leader specializing in culture change and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Culture and Transformation for The Coca-Cola Company’s Africa Operating Unit since November 2021. Prior experience at PwC South Africa from January 2011 to November 2021 includes roles as Associate Director and Senior Manager in People and Organisation, where Thando Mahlo led consulting projects focusing on organizational design, talent development, and change management across various industries. Earlier roles at SAP Africa involved managing talent strategy and performance, and Thando Mahlo began a career in Human Capital as part of the SAP Africa Graduate Development Programme. Thando Mahlo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from CIDA City Campus.
