Allison Forrest has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an Associate Director of Analytics at Harvard Business School. Allison later transitioned to an Insights Consultant role within the Marketing & Sales team. In 2019, Allison joined Primerica as a Voice of the Customer (VoC) Research Analyst before moving on to UVA Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning, where they held the position of Client Solutions Consultant and later became the CX Senior Director for Salesforce CRM. Allison is currently employed at Colibri Group as the Director of Information Technology, focused on Salesforce.
