Lindsey Spahr

Lindsey Spahr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Central Assignment Coordinator, Executive Officer, and Deck Watch Officer until 2004. Lindsey then joined Gillick Realty Co as a Real Estate Broker and Appraiser, tripling sales revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. In 2008, Lindsey transitioned to Procter & Gamble, where they held positions such as Process Engineer, Operational Department Manager, HS&E Program Manager, and Supply Chain Operations Leader. During their time at Procter & Gamble, they focused on issues related to safety, employee relations, and operational performance. Lindsey's most recent work experience includes roles at Colibri Group, where they served as a Business Leader in the Real Estate division, Head of Operations, and Head of Revenue. In these positions, they oversaw business growth, implemented process improvements, and led teams in advancing strategy and achieving revenue goals. Lindsey also established an employee resource group focused on supporting veteran groups.

Lindsey Spahr has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy. Lindsey also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Capella University.
