Lindsey Siegel

Lindsey Siegel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in equality, employee advocacy, and talent development within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Equality at Salesforce, Lindsey leads initiatives focused on the retention and advancement of underrepresented groups, including women and LGBTQ+ employees. Previous roles at Salesforce include Senior Manager and Executive Leadership Development Manager, overseeing diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership programs. Lindsey also holds board positions with LSA Global HQ and Oakland Feather River Camp, and serves as an advisor to The Collective Search and Nextplay, organizations dedicated to enhancing the careers of Black and Latinx professionals in tech. With a sociology degree from California State University, Chico, Lindsey has a strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative theory, which supports a career dedicated to fostering inclusive work environments.
