Lindsey Siegel

Lindsey Siegel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in equality, employee advocacy, and talent development within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Equality at Salesforce, Lindsey leads initiatives focused on the retention and advancement of underrepresented groups, including women and LGBTQ+ employees. Previous roles at Salesforce include Senior Manager and Executive Leadership Development Manager, overseeing diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership programs.
