Jeff Tham

Jeff Tham has a strong background in software development and engineering. Jeff started their career in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Nestlé Products Sdn Bhd. From there, they gained experience in sales and marketing at Public Bank and worked as a Personal Banking Officer at EON Bank Berhad. In 2011, they became a Relationship Manager at Maybank, where they acquired and managed customer relationships. In 2014, Jeff transitioned into the role of Shift Supervisor and Partner Trainer at Starbucks, where they executed store operations and promoted Starbucks' culture. In 2015, they joined Widelity Inc as a Programmer, where they created, revised, and reviewed code for software development. In 2016, they became a Software Programmer at Salient CRGT, working with the Federal Election Commission on Oracle PL/SQL and Crystal Reports development. Finally, in 2018, Jeff joined The College Board as a Lead Engineer, where they developed and implemented coding standards and analyzed and provided solutions for security, performance, and cost optimization.

Jeff Tham attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Information System Technology. Before that, from 2009 to 2010, they studied at Nottingham Trent University and obtained a Bachelor of Art in Business Management (B.A.B.M.). Jeff Tham also holds an Associate's degree in International Business & Marketing from New Era University College, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Moreover, they have several certifications, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle, Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
