Matt Repka is an experienced professional in policy analysis and program strategy with a strong background in education. Currently serving as the Director of Program Strategy & Analysis at The College Board since October 2021, Matt focuses on improving access to the SAT Suite of Assessments in underserved areas through data visualization and strategic analysis. Prior roles include Senior Analyst at Bellwether Education Partners, where Matt aided clients in assessing policy impacts, and Policy Analyst at the DC State Board of Education, providing research support for education standards. Additional experience includes managing evaluations at the University of Chicago Crime Lab and serving in various analytical and leadership roles in educational and public service settings. Matt holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
