Paul Serafini

Paul Serafini is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Facilities Maintenance at The College of Saint Rose since August 2010, Paul has previously held positions such as Facilities Maintenance Manager and Superintendent of Buildings, Grounds, and Equipment at Albany County Nursing Home. Prior to these roles, Paul worked as a Sr. District Facilities Technician/Technical Trainer at Target and as an Industrial Electrician at Callanan Industries, Inc. Additional experience includes working as a Facilities Technician at Johnson Control and Pressroom Electrician at Quad/Graphics. Paul holds a BS, AAS, and a Diploma in Facilities Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained between 1989 and 1995.
