Richard L. Snyder

Richard L. Snyder possesses extensive experience in security and public safety management, currently serving as the Public Safety Director for the Commonwealth of Virginia since June 2018. Prior roles include Sr. Portfolio Manager and Director of Security at Admiral Security Services from July 2016 to May 2018, as well as Director of Security and Facility Safety at the Commonwealth of Virginia from March 2014 to May 2016. Richard also held the position of West Coast Security Head at Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals from February 1997 to May 2012. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Minot State University, which was earned between 1990 and 1994.
